The service and food was excellent. Ordered the lobster pasta, and was impressive, I would suggest more of a spice to the... dish. I added the parmesean cheese and this was a game change: Gave a whole new taste, was the best parm I had ever tasted. TheScallops and mushrooms were my least favorite. Nothing to write about. I just had one of the best not just Italian meals in all the times I’ve been to Los Angeles, but, certainly, one of the best... meals. I get to LA about once a month and I’m constantly looking for new in different places to eat. Being of Italianethnicity and growing up in the restaurant business, I am very VERY picky when it comes to Italian food. Everything about mymeal was perfect. My server, Mitch, was friendly and attentive. My water glass was never empty, my food was delivered hot andfresh, and a slightly special request was accommodated with pleasantness rather than frustration. The pasta I had (Zuppa DiMare) was full of vibrant flavor, and the noodles themselves were homemade and cooked perfectly. The portion, although slightlyon the smaller side, was still plenty.
