The service and food was excellent. Ordered the lobster pasta, and was impressive, I would suggest more of a spice to the... dish. I added the parmesean cheese and this was a game change: Gave a whole new taste, was the best parm I had ever tasted. TheScallops and mushrooms were my least favorite. Nothing to write about. This was my first experience eating veal, and I don'tthink I would eat this any other way than how I had it prepared at Drago. Was a memorable taste, and very pleased with the wholeexperience Read more

Love this place! They sat us on the patio with our dog and we had such a great meal! The burrata was delicious, the cacio e pepe... was exactly what you’d want and the sliders were good too. Yummy drinks and nice wine selection too! Read more

Great service, great food and a wonderful bar. This is a gem of a restaurant that you should go to if you are in the area. We... have been multiple times and every time it is a great experience. The baby artichokes salad and the grilled peach salads weregreat. The branzino was very fresh and perfectly cooked. My date has pasta with pheasant and mushrooms and he said it wasincredible. I just had one of the best not just Italian meals in all the times I’ve been to Los Angeles, but, certainly, one of the best... meals. I get to LA about once a month and I’m constantly looking for new in different places to eat. Being of Italianethnicity and growing up in the restaurant business, I am very VERY picky when it comes to Italian food. Everything about mymeal was perfect. My server, Mitch, was friendly and attentive. My water glass was never empty, my food was delivered hot andfresh, and a slightly special request was accommodated with pleasantness rather than frustration. The pasta I had (Zuppa DiMare) was full of vibrant flavor, and the noodles themselves were homemade and cooked perfectly. The portion, although slightlyon the smaller side, was still plenty. The real treat, though, was the fresh cannoli for dessert. It was spectacular. If youhaven’t eaten at Drago, you owe it to yourself to try it. Read more

Had a business dinner here, very accommodating to changing reservation numbers. Really great food - the most interesting was... the octopus (picture attached) which was cooked to perfection. All the other dishes were good but to be expected for arestaurant of this caliber. Removing 2 stars because our server wasn’t the greatest, and disappeared at the end of the meal(I guess because he didn’t have to work for it because of the mandatory 20% tip on large parties) - had to hunt down abartender to pay my bill. Definitely ruined the experience and would probably not bring other guests here again in the future. Read more
