I came here once or twice with friends and every time we came here, we were made to wait for stuff that would normally not take... long at other Dunkin locations. I always wondered why until I started working here. I never liked DD anyways. I stopped workinghere after they cut my hours and complained about not making enough sales so they had to cut people's hours but yet they werehiring more people. Does that make sense? If you expect fast and exceptional service at this location, go to another Dunkin,preferably the one in the Glendale Galleria. You will wait a really long time for stuff here. *Update* I wish I could give this place negative 5 stars. The app never works for this location and this location only. I can... never order via the app as nothing is ever available and if and when it is, they still get the order wrong. It's not thefranchise, just this Dunkin! Avoid this place! You know I really want to give this place 5 stars, but lately the staff isconstantly changing... Orders are usually incorrect... Wait times can be really long... So the staff seems always really nice but they are super slow and there's always only one person at the register for the morning... Rush for an example I usually order just a regular coffee with cream and sugar it normally takes 10 minutes for them to serve mea regular coffee! there's two people ahead of me most of the time they're quick orders just like mine one regular coffee to gomaybe a donut sometimes even close to 15 minutes. hopefully they'll get their act together and realize that there's a morningRush! Love this place! I come in literally everyday for my iced coffee and occasional breakfast item and even though the shop is busy... the staff always takes time to personalize my visit with a friendly greeting and acknowledgement. Read more

This dunkin does not have a good stock of the items they have on menu. They were out of chocolate croissants, that we really... wanted to try out. Other than that they don?t have salt and pepper to add on the top, which I think doesn?t make sense. Read more
Dunkin Donuts 6 pack variety - 5 ???? I remember the hype when Dunkin Donuts finally was able to get a successful franchise... going in LA. If I recall, it took them many years to get going out here. I am consistently disappointed with this location. I've been coming here for last three years and a good 80% of the time... there's always some sort of disappointment! I finally had to make a review because I've had enough! The last few mobile ordersthey've always forgotten my donut! (Yeah I know, 1st world problems) but not only that, the staff doesn't seem very motivated oradequately in a good mood to serve you. Timing for food and drink has always been a mixed bag. Friday mornings are always agridlock. I truly feel it has to do with this location's management because I sometimes go to Hollywood location and they'realways on point, 100%!
