Hey pollo loco review dept, do you think if someone had a bad experience somewhere, they are going to fill out a form to explain... the problem AGAIN? Wow! I got news for you they are not, look at what the majority of the complains and FIX the issue with youremployees and/or send them to training or replace them, just common sense people instead an eighteen year old just saying sorryand empathize,geeez we all know how big corporations work on reviews, fix the problem don't just talk about it, this has beengoing on for at least a year! They are rude. I simply asked them to put dark meat with the skin on. They told me that"we don't do that". The other El Pollo... locos I go to do that for me. And they don't have to be rude about it. Read more
The food's really good here. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it's not the cleanest place in the world. Plus the... chicken despite its good flavor is extremely small pieces. I really don't think you get value for your money. Read more
I try to stay away from most "fast food" but this place is certainly worth the exception. The young woman who took my order over... the phone was pleasant and helpful. I had quite a few questions and she answered them all in a polite and knowledgeable fashion.I ordered 3 different types of tacos with some of them customized and there were no mistakes! When picking up my order, theemployee was thorough in reading back my order accurately and efficiently - even letting me know the customized orders hadspecial stickers on them. It was quite refreshing to encounter a "fast food" establishment and employees with suchprofessionalism in LA! Additionally, the tacos (chicken, beef birria and baja shrimp) were all delicious!
