The restaurant always closes early, I placed in an order for delivery and after 30 minutes they decided to cancel the order.... Last time my husband and I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and the worker came out saying they don?t have chickenanymore unbelievable. They should of check how many cars where outside in the drive thru. The workers close before the actualrestaurant has to close. Read more

This pollo loco says they close at 10:30pm I've been here SEVERAL times around 9-15 & they are already closed! It also says dine... is open & they have the doors locked all the time. Not only that but when we do get our food the chicken is ALWAYS BURNT!!! not1 time has this place gotten my order right. I decided to order a pollo loco 12 piece chicken with coupon. I ordered corn tortillas and instead they gave me flour tortillas... I order utensils and they didn?t even give me them. I order leg and thigh and they gave me a different thing. I order Max andcheese for one of the sides and they gave me coleslaw. They wanted me to go outside for the order when I specifically told themto leave it out my door. Very bad service for my first delivery. The salsa was very salty and not like I always order it. They need to clean this place and the orders always be wrong. Not happy with the service nor the amount of food and they cheat... you out of your chicken. You need to count your chicken before you leave and make sure all your side orders are in your bag. Ifnot You may be leaving some food there or they give you the wrong order. It happens a lot.
