Great customer service. Food is good and delicious, you get plates with the order. Ordered a 16 pc family meal and it was more... than enough for 8 people. The corn tortilla's are also a must try and the sauces are really great. The El Pollo Loco is worst one ever! They consistently handout dry old chicken. I have given them dozens of chances. Because... I live 2.5 miles away I don?t take the chicken back. I will start if I forget to check it before leaving again. It?s to thepoint that I think they are doing it on purpose to black customers. DIRTY, SMELLY! I went there in the morning and tables weren't clean, the floor wasn't mopped, the moldy bathroom smell was so... strong I didn't even have to go near it, and they had a homeless camp in the back patio. Read more

The service at this location could be better and the quality of chicken is not up to par with other locations. I went back two... times 4 hours apart becuz my order was undercooked. Wasted my lunchtime. I couldn't eat the chicken. Went back after my firstjob to replace it & guess what. 2nd order still undercooked. When I brought it back the next day I just asked for a refund. The quesadillas were fine but the chicken was so dry you needed to pick off the top half to find anything that hadn't been thru... laying out in the sun all day. Gross. Pico de gallo salsa was bad. Green salsa was tasty as was the broccoli. Mac and cheesewas ugh. Don't bother with this place. Read more
