Very disappointed with the customer service. There was a long wait and only one cashier. Multiple customers left because they... took too long to help the customers. They were under staffed and needed to open another register. I requested a large order ofchips and salsa and was give a small order. Read more

This Pollo Loco location let us down today! I called several times to report the issue and immediately hung up! No voicemail! We... were even sent through drive thru to pick up our order. Although once we got home to our surprise we had NO flour tortillas andNO coles law I PAID FOR!
