This is genius! I was craving something that wasn't reasonably healthy nor overly expensive. Pret A Manager had run out of food... and I stumbled upon this machine in search of an alternative. The offerings all looked good - I had the Mediterranean bowl andit was delicious. But as said by another reviewer, they don't have forks. There are silverware containers on the side, but theywere empty. Had to go over to KFC and beg for a spork. Read more
This look like such a great concept good reasonable price food in a vending machine it looked fresh and good tasting. My wife... and I ordered. Trying to get the stickers off of her box and my bowl required longer fingernails than either one of us had, ora knife yeah a knife at a airport! Trying to eat pasta pesto pasta, with your fingers because they don't include utensilsnapkins or anything else to eat the food that they vended you. What do they expect customers to do? They claim a touch less vendbut their software can be in a mode that doesn't show code hence you need to touch it to get it in the right mode. A great ideathat is extremely poorly executed they need to talk to their customers and figure out what customers really want and need. Iwould not buy from them again. Saw them on shark tank and it looks like they have a machine in a few of the terminals at LAX. Really great option to have if... none of the food place is appealing. We tried the green goddess salad on our way out, it was so tasty, we got a couple moresalads - harvest and Cobb along with pesto pasta on our way back, the dressings are all soooo good! Actually these machines werelife saver since we got in past midnight and nothing was open, and with the machine being open 24hours, we managed to have alight and decent meal prior to bed (got a room across the street at Hyatt). We love all four options we tried so far, wished theportions were larger and hope they'll expand out of the terminals!
