I came in today and with all due respect, I don?t appreciate the disrespect , attitude, & rudeness from the older African... American lady at all . She needs to correct the way she talks to customers. I sat around the bar area while I waited an she toldme I was not able to sit there , very meanly and disrespectfully. This place is very clean , but it?s also a hit and Miss when it comes to the food ? I come here so much to notice that thee food... is cooked perfectly in the morning and not so well at night . There?s an African American male cook who seems to put out greatfood , pretty quickly an I specifically like to eat here when this cook is there.If the night can follow the morning crewsfootsteps this place will be just fine!!! This was my 1st time at this fat Burger and I might be going back only for the simple reafor the simple reason the Double X... King with no bacon was $17 while the fat Burger At the Ladera Center a double X king with bacon is $23 Both plus tax with orwithout bacon that's a whole $5 some change difference. Read more
I ordered for a pickup, first the employee who took my order was incredibly rude. So customer service was not present at all.... Once I got my order, which was 6 piece boneless wings. I was asked for what kind of sauce I wanted, I said ranch. When I gothome, I recieved NO sauce & no veggies. It states that all wings come with carrots & celery. I was a bit disappointed becausewings without ranch is a disgrace! Then to top it off 2 out of my wings were just complete breading no chicken at all! Hugedisappointment! This location is horrible! The location was ducked off in a shopping center so I had to go in a few circles but I found it! The food was amazing - well the... chicken was what I expected being that it is a burger place. The burger was amazing and I love that they offer steak fries. Ialso love the painting on the wall. I would for sure go back to this location !!!! Read more
