Two stars only because the guy who took my order was pretty cool and had great customer service. Now?. I ordered 3 meals only to... have an order of fries missing which I noticed about a block after pulling out. I would have gone back but was already furiousto know that they charge for hot sauce. Huh? Ok whatever. Burger tasted very charred and when I grabbed the hot sauce that Ipaid .50 cents for it literally looked like it had been used. Like only a drop of hot sauce and no it wasn?t for my burger butthe taco that I ordered extra for my daughter to try. The shell was super soggy and the ground meat had a paste texture to it.I?ve been here a few times but since moving further a way, it?s been a while. I haven't had them in a while. Last time I was kinda disappointed. This time omg the food was perfect! Fries were delicious... burger was delicious. So glad I gave them another go. I ordered on door dash and even though the fries were kinda cold, theywere still good! Highly recommend. Read more
When I got my order I asked for my fries since I was missing them in the bag and the guy gave attitude and was acting smart...... asked for proof of receipt... I showed him and he gave us almost a full potatoe with like 5 actual french fries.. veryunprofessional!!!! Read more

Well, after over 30 years of patronage, did I say 30, at this establishment going back to when the original owners worked at the... place and made homemade ice cream, I have a big complaint today. Now granted we are in the age of digital technology and someof the smaller restaurants and popular eateries can get overwhelmed with orders coming in digitally as well as physically hmmmmhowever what can excuse the fact that I place my order online at 5:15 was somewhat OK with the fact that it said it wouldn?t beready until 615 upon my arrival at 6:30 I was told my order was never received so once I was able to then document that it wasin fact received and paid for it was then 643 and they told me it would be an additional 15 minutes as of the writing of thisreview I have yet to receive my order. This is unacceptable yeah they?re busy that?s good that means you?re making money enoughmoney to hire extra help. They were very condescending the customer service kids most of the and acted as though I was trying topull some kind a fast one which turned out to be their mistake. Made fresh but took 10 minutes for one burger, they weren't that busy. Two people had just left, I'm the only one in the store,... another customer walks in, I'm still looking at the menu and an employee helps the other customer. He called in or something sono biggie but nobody asked if I'd been helped, if I was ready to order or even acknowledged me at all. After helping the otherperson they quickly disappeared again. I had to walk up right in front of the glass in order for them to even acknowledge mypresence, and after a couple minutes two different people asked me 3 or 4 times if I wanted to order, after clearly stating,yes, I would like to order, not just standing there for no reason, someone finally took my order, but honestly, I should havejust walked out. The burger is alright, kind of dry, good seasoning, but the building is run down, and the service wasn't veryfriendly; kind of "what do you want?" vibe, not "how can I help you?". Signs stating 'all sales final, no refund' and 'it's madefresh, it takes time!' plastered all over give me the feeling they have a lot of issues with customers not satisfied withsomething and they obviously don't care. This place have great food. You'll go back for more. Only one thing they're not clean enough for customers to come in.
