Had such a lovely experience having breakfast at Gloria?s! My partner and I had been craving breakfast locally on a rare rainy... day in LA and ventured into our walkable neighborhood Gloria?s drawn by their Latin inspired menu and Cafe De Olla. We checkedin and the wait was minimal and we were greeted and seated warmly by our server. Immediately we got the sense of this spacebeing inviting and that the folks piled into this neighborhood staple for community and hearty food. We ordered the PlantainBreakfast, Huevos Ahogados, the Churro Waffle, & 2 Cafe De Ollas w almond milk on side. The service was attentive and prompt andthe food arrived hot, photo ready, and delicious! Our server Jamilhet was so kind and accommodating and we appreciated hermaking us feel welcome as our first time dining. Folks were enjoying their meals and conversations and as I saw folks outsidepatiently amid drizzle I felt how special this long standing small business was to the community. We will definitely return toGloria?s and hope you will get the opportunity to huddle over a cup of Cafe De Olla and feel what warmth looks, smells, andfeels like. Read more
A neighborhood gem! Everything I've had here has been delicious, beautifully presented, and filling. They offer creative twists... on classic Mexican dishes along with some California-style healthy options (both breakfast and lunch menus are alwaysavailable). Service is quick, attentive and always friendly. I love being able to walk here. Read more
Amazing food. It can get pricey quick but that price is easily justified by the delicious food we had. Breakfast potatoes and... salmon eggs benedict blew me away. On street parking was a pain but the food came out quickly and was wonderful on our tongues. Read more
Price for quality! Yes it may be a bit pricey but you are getting quality, healthy, tasty food with great customer service. The... grilled chicken sandwich with salad is delicious. We also got the breakfast burrito and everything in it tastes fresh! Alsotheir cafe de olla is my favor! Desserts are okay and in my opinion too pricey, but overall, we'll be back! Read more

You can't go wrong with whatever you order. Everything on the menu is stellar. I have been twice now and loved the dish I got... both times. During my first visit, I got the plantain breakfast and loved it! I especially liked the sausage it came with, whichhad a unique paprika/herby taste. The hot sauce was also really amazing. It tastes freshly made and has a nice vinegary richtaste. Second time, I tried the esquite salad and it tasted exactly like a typical esquite you'd get on the streets, but with asalad twist. The cranberries paired really nicely with the corn. I also was nibbling on my friend's fries and they were supertasty. I love this place! And I love the service as well. We were visiting LA and my sister and her bf took us here for breakfast and it was some of the best food I've had in LA. Amazing... service, comfortable vibe and incredible food. The tamal had awesome flavors, the salmon toast is huge and delicious, theplantains are great, the salmon Benedict was tasty and the vegetarian omelette was light and healthy. Franky, our server, wasfriendly and prompt as were all the other servers buzzing around helping each other. Super awesome place to check out andsupport! Can?t believe they been here for 6 years & we never heard of them. Gentrified Highland Park but it kept its Latin flavor.... Breakfast bowl is a delightful mix of healthy salad with crispy bacon to add. BLT was generous with greens, cafe Ola rules!Interesting crowd, adds flavor to the air Read more
