It was the first stop when we got off the train from the airport. We entered Grecos by chance when we saw pizzas in the window.... The giant slices are crispy and full of flavor. The hi esuper friendly and the service is quick. Amazing pizza in centralHollywood. One slice is like 2.5 regular slices from any other pizza joint. Great crust. Great sauce. Great everything. The best pizza ever. Straight out of Italy. New York does not know pizza only Italy and Greco's because they from Italy. I go... here for years. The staff so nice, location good and gyros soooo sooo good and the people with negative reviews are fromMinnesota, that don't know good food or good pizza. They give alot of napkins too and I bring my puppy. This place has beenhere for years and years because it's good you don't know good pizza or good food stupids. The slices here are HUGE and that?s the only thing this place has going for it? The pizza is? sub par to put it mildly. They... top it off with this nasty extra mozzarella which I personally am not a fan of. Please don?t base your idea on what NY pizza ison this place. The ingredients seem? not so fresh? The staff seemed rude and oddly pushy at first, but they did warm up a bitafter we looked disappointed and angry about how we just spent 40 dollars on 3 slices of barely tolerable pizza. My friend waspaying and he ordered 2 slices for himself, one slice for me and a coke. The cashier charged him $27.00 and I thought to myself?that?s a lot of money for 3 slices!? Well it turned out there was a miscommunication, they thought we were paying separatelyand so when the cashier turned to me and said ?that?ll be $11.50!? I was beyond outraged. $11.50 PER SLICE??? IS THIS PIZZATOPPED WITH GOLD NUGGETS??? THE WHOLE POINT OF JUMBO SLICES OF PIZZA IS THAT ITS A GOOD DEAL! For 40 bucks I could havedelivered really two medium pizzas from somewhere I like! For what it is, it's pretty good pizza. I've never had New York style pizza. It's a very large slice. I'm from and enjoy Chicago... style pizza (which is better, bias I know ????). The restaurant gave me the feeling of being on a movie scene in New York, maybelike an Adam Sandler movie lol. The burger was pretty good too. Read more
While visiting Hollywood I order Grecos online and got it delivered and well I got cheese pizza instead, so the next day I walk... to Grecos and let them know I had paid extra for pepperoni and they replaced my slices, nice guys that work there. Read more
Didn?t even get the chance to order. Went with a group, person one needed the restroom and it was communicated by a younger man... you needed to buy to use. Sure no problem. Second older man comes to see what?s going on as another group member was about towalk to the window to order a slice. He was rude. Didn?t let anyone really get a word in. Would not recommend simply for theolder white haired man. When it was explained one of us was about to order at the window his response was ?then why is she here?(as in not over there?) difficult for no reason. Store was dead empty and it took them a while to come out anyways. Read more
