The food is really good, as always. The only thing I don't like is they can only give 2 teriyaky sauce per plate. I asked for 3... in total and they refused. So I told them I was gonna pay for it, I didn't mind paying as I understand everything costs money,but they still refused. The girl there said they don't sell them. I was gonna buy another plate just to get one more sauce but Ishouldn't give my money to a place they refuse to sell one extra sauce. Read more

Food is well cooked,fresh,has great taste and large portions for the price. Customer service is good, only issue here is the... parking. Place is located on a busy street corner(santa monica blvd and bundy),parking lot is small and very limited. Streetparking is hard to find as well. If you try placing an order over the phone during busy lunch hour, you have to call mutipletimes, since the line is usually busy. Read more
Food is generally good but the thing that is terrible about this location is that they charge $0.55 plus tax for a refill even... if you dine inside their Lobby! I haven't been to any other ono hawaiian bbq place that charges for a refill except this one.Sometimes this location can get very busy and the wait times for the food can be upwards of 20 or more minutes. All ThingsConsidered, I hate coming to this one but because I work at a job where I'm driving around the city, sometimes I have to stopwherever is close to eat.
