Got the chicken tikki masala and lamb thali plate and a side keema naan. We came in and sat down right. We had fast and friendly... service. Though no one was in there but us, we noticed there were several pickup orders. Extremely satisfied and will definitelybe coming back. Read more

When you are hungry everything taste’s good but the food here was an exception . There was nothing about this place that was... even worth a compliment. Went in hungry and left out angry . Compared to Nepali restaurants in New York , I found them wayoverpriced . The ambience needs improvement as it just looks like ordinary Nepali “Khaja Ghar” . Even the Himalyan Yak atNYC which has live music and good ambience is priced cheaper than this one. One plate momo has 6 piece thats nearly half platein Nepal . However more than the price the food was a disappointment . The chicken momo had a slight pungent smell indicatingits not fresh and the mutton thali had no salad, papad or spinach . It was too hot even though I asked for not spicy. Thevegetable was a shame , I could smell the burnt aromas that provided the curry bitter taste. And lastly the kheer was just ricewith milk and sugar with tint of condensed milk not traditionally cooked kheer. This is not how a Nepali food should taste like.If you had ever had a proper thali you would be surprised as how this is compared to authentic one. It had plain naan just sothat the plate wouldn’t look empty . Who keeps naan in thali ? Except for the samosa which was ok, rest of the food wasUNAPPETIZING and it is in fact even lower grade then how a regular house cooked food would taste in Nepal. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTEDwont be back and would not recommend it to any authentic Nepali food seekers . Read more

Don’t visit this place to eat. I repeat don’t waste your time. They are so unprofessional. I called them to check if they... open for dining but there is no politeness or manners. Their hospitality is Big Zero. One person was on phone all the time andsecond was so rude and disappear after served oily/salty food. Nobody asked if we need water, more food or napkins.! Theydon’t follow Covid-19 guidelines in restaurant. If owner read this review then please hire new crew members or send theseperson on hospitality training . Also read previous reviews from other customers which show how badly they need goodtraining. ???????? Read more

I just love the lemonade. It is pretty different and contains lemon ginger cardamom.. definitely recommended. We ordered... pokhrali chicken and chilli chicken. Both were very good. Chili chicken was crispy and pokhrali chicken was very nice and juicy. Please try to order the nepalese dishes. They are really good at those. Read more

Service great, place clean, heating scale 1-10 was helpful. I got 5 and it was nice. Other things on the menu might ne... magnificent, but I had Vegetable Korma... Disappointed by what appeared to be a bag of frozen veggies cooked in the sauce.Texture was that of frozen veggies too. Flavor was "ok. Somosa filing was yummy, but wrap seemed like just puff pastry not thethicker dough I expected from somosa. Also super greasy. Fine experience, but wouldn't return. Read more

This unassuming little strip mall restaurant next to a laundromat is serving up fantastic, authentic Nepalese and North Indian... dishes. Do your taste buds a favor, ignore the imposing spiked gate parking lot, and come taste what Himalayan regional fareshould taste like. I haven't found momos since my street food diners in Delhi! The tomato cream dipping sauce is flavorful, butask for some hot chili sauce to mix in - it will take it to a stellar level of complexity for the little steamed dumplings. Fordinner, I ordered the Okra and garlic naan. Amazing. If you can stand it at all, order your food with some heat. They can makewhatever level you want, but just like with the momos, spicy really is a key part. I asked for a "7" and it was no hotter than amedium salsa. (I plan to go back and see if I can get something that will make me cry to feel like I am abroad again, maybe an"11".) Unless you are truly gluten intolerant, order the naan. Seriously, spend the extra time at the gym if you have to, butorder the naan. If you don't like butter glossing over your bread, ask them to hold the ghee, otherwise - dive in. The naan isso much lighter and more delicate than most Indian restaurant breads. The mix of elasticity in the thicker parts of the doughand oven crisped underside of the loaf, make this bread such a treat! Read more
