A quick-search on Google led us to this niche restaurant after walking around in freezing temperatures in December. We didn't... think to put our name on the waitlist ahead of time and ended up waiting around 40 minutes for a table. Read more

I'm a self proclaimed noodle fanatic and this was at the top of my must-visit spots in Seattle! It definitely did not... disappoint. Ribbons of thick noodle strands that never seem to end. We just kept on slurping. Flavors are solid and it made anamazing first meal in the city. I will say that these weren't the best biang biang noodles I've had (There's a special place inNYC that has my heart.), but this was a close second! Read more

You would never know. You would drive by it and not see it. You would see it and dismiss it. And you would miss it. The... vegetable wonton in soup. The famous string beans. The spicy cucumber. So good. The reviews are real. And for once actuallyreflect something more than uneducated opinions. Read more

We hadn?t been to Hu's in about 10 years. We couldn?t figure out why and decided to give it another try. They were very kind and... had good service. I was given a spoon with some dried on sauce on it and the waiter quickly replaced it, apologized, and thencomped us some Szechuan cucumbers which was a very nice thing to do. The food however was mediocre in flavor. About what you'dexpect with Westside Chinese. We got spicy noodles that were very spicy, which was good, but didn?t have much flavor, which wasbad. The green beans also seemed to lack flavor even though they were cooked with pork. My Kung Pao chicken was goopy and had abit too much ginger for my taste. The one dish we did like was the shrimp, although it seemed a bit pricey. Overall, theexperience wasn't awful but wasn't good enough that we'll be back before another 10 years pass. Read more

Smaller restaurant but filled with people and surprisingly sufficient seating space. They have a good variety of different... dishes. It is perfect for ordering family style. I was happy with the various dishes we ordered. I can recommend the egg rolls.Although Szechuan might indicate spicy food, the food was not too spicy. You can choose from a prefixed menu or order a lacarte. The owners are very friendly and help when it comes to deciding what to order. I enjoyed the different types of people. It was overall a very cozy environment. Depending on time and day the parking might be a little tough to get away with. Read more
