This is an update: I had brunch at Hyde on Sunday. The customer service was awesome the venue was really fun. Live dj and... musicians plus a super cute magician walks around entertaining the guests. As for the bar tenders they made some convincingdrinks. I highly recommend this restaurant. friendly professional and fast. Read more

Dropped 2k on a "large table". Ordered 2 bottles and water and somehow it's an additional $691, totaling $2,691.00. I was then... DOUBLE charged that $691. I emailed their VIP manager (Rich) for an itemized receipt and a refund on the double charge, he keptsaying the GM is only in Thurs-Sun. I emailed him back and forth for a week and he stopped responding. Don't go to a club thatrefuses to provide proof of an itemized receipt of the exact charges and then double charges you. Came with some friends and the staff brought us another receipt that didn't list any charges. We already put down $2000 for the... table then another $700. We emailed the manager and he stopped responding because they ended up charging us again for the sameamount. They never gave us the itemized receipt and they never took care of the extra charge on their end. Terrible service,heard their restaurant is terrible and so is their club definitely. Over priced for poor service and getting ghosted for so muchmoney is just not acceptable. Read more

Rude employees. Out bill included items that were never ordered, and the employees refused to correct the bill. Be warned- they... fill top shelf bottles with bottom shelf liquors. Overall, a disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning. Hyde has beenreported to the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (CA ABC) for these gross violations.
