We showed up on a Friday it wasn?t as busy as usual and we put my party of 2 down to wait and dine in, we re called and we are... given menus we wait 15 minutes and no one comes and even offers to ask us if we were helped or offered anything to drink. Thecouple after us was already seated and had their drinks and food. We sat right by the front window it was not like we?re were ata corner or outside in the patio. My partner pointed out to me that everyone ignored us and the couple already had their food. Ifelt really bad since i invited them for breakfast. They said ?let?s just go? and we both got up and I walked up to the host andasked what?s going on why are we not getting served and she looked all around and said ?umm i don?t know let me see? and at thispoint i just knew it would take another set of minutes to even be served. We walked out really upset. We won?t be coming back tothis location. What a lack of customer service on the part of the team this morning, a lack of communication from the host andmost of all IHOP. We expected better from an establishment that has been at this location for years. As a host, she could havesaid anything like i apologize for the inconvenience we are a little behind or busy or SOMETHING. Management should be moreaware of lines of communications their employees are saying. Customer service is a big part of the job the unprofessionalism atthis location is unacceptable. Read more
Over-priced and the service is ok. I personally enjoy my coffee with French vanilla creamer which they never have. For an... overpriced restaurant you'd think they would offer flavored creamer. Read more
Went for lunch. There was all of 7 people in the whole resturant. It took forever to get service and food. We were about 2... minutes from walking out. The check got there pretty quick though. Read more

Overpriced and always packed. $16 for the sampler looks like a kids meal. 2 tiny pieces of corners of bread for the toast and 2... tiny pancakes with tiny bacon and sausage. $4 for a McDonald's Donald size hash brown .Rather make it at home for half the priceand bigger portions. Read more
Whenever you see ihop and are hungry for breakfast, go for one of the best American breakfast of your life.
The portions are so tiny now!! I ordered the French toast combo and it came with ONE FRENCH TOAST. Tiny eggs and hash brown?. I... used to be satisfied and so full after eating an ihop meal, now I?m still hungry? what is going on? This is unacceptable. Spent$50 for two tiny meals. It really looks like a kids meal. Read more
