I used to order the chicken tikka masala from here all the time, it was so delicious! Now they closed and moved to Ocean Park... but the chicken tikka masala tastes completely different and very watery. Is there a new chef?? Read more

Naan felt microwaved and was hard and dry. Chicken tikka masala tasted like pizza sauce drenched in cinnamon with inedible... chicken in it. Absolutely not worth the price. Read more

Just left my second time coming here! I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is! I feel bad because of the... construction, it’s not easy to get to. You have to walk through the green fence path, up two flights of stairs and down a longhallway to get in! But all you have to do is follow the little signs. The food is amazing. I am a vegan and they have theability to pretty much customize plates to make them vegan, which makes ordering super easy. Their chef is A1. The food is hotand wonderful. I wanted to leave a review after my first visit, but I forgot. But I needed to leave one after my second. Thisplace is just too good not to share! If you love Indian food like I do, India’s Tandoori in the best in LA. Also, Sam, thehost/waiter, is awesome. I’m not sure if he owns the place or not, but he treats you like he does. 5 stars all around! Read more

This tastes like throwup. Had to buy rice separately from a different restaurant as they didn't give rice. Gross ????

Ordered chicken tikka masala from Uber eats and this is whats included for $16.99 plus fees and tips. NOTHING ELSE and rice is... extra. The owner offered free rice if I leave work and come get it now. I never went to an Indian restaurant where there's anextra charge for rice. Read more

Sub-par food and sub-par service. I've had better Indian food from the frozen sections at grocery stores than I had here. I'm... from India so I know what certain dishes are supposed to taste and look like but the food we got here was nowhere close incomparison. Of course, it's highly unlikely to get the same taste as in the country itself, but I've honestly had better Indianfood in further remote areas than in a city like LA. We got the dinner for two which included three sabzi/curry dishes, one naanand one appetizer and not one dish stood out. The appetizer we got were samosas, and what a sad dish that was. We got two smallpieces with some lettuce sprinkled for "plating". The curried we got were a paneer one, bhindi masala (okra) and some mixvegetable one and they all tasted the same: extra heavy creamy, bland and food colored. Unfortunately, we didn't take anypictures of those - and I'm one of those people that takes a picture of every meal at a restaurant. The bhindi we were expectingto be fresh but to our disappointment, even that was frozen, and it had no taste whatsoever. We thought we might not have enoughnaan (which was average) but with curries like these, we didn't even finish the one we had. Wouldn't recommend this to anyonethat wants to try original Indian food. I think the restaurant is owned and food is cooked by a Bangladeshi person anyways, which isn't even an issue if the dishes were at least close to the way they are cooked and tasted similar to their originalstates in India. Very good Tandoori and tikka Masalla. Only four stars because of 5$ for additional rice and Raita and naan also expensive for... the size. But the main dishes ok. But spices fine and friendly staff They are in the middle of a big construction right thesedays but you will get in and it is worth it. Read more
