Love the regular thai ice tea with almond milk. Tried there new Watermelon Slush. WOW!! Delicious. Definitely a must try.

Wait time when the stores completely empty is longer than it should be. They have a ringer to get their attention but won't come... up till you're about to leave from waiting so long. It's not always like that but it sure feels awful when you do experience itevery other time you arrive there. Other than that the boba is good as always, no complaints. Just work on customer service. Boba time is amazing . However recently have gotten new employees who cant seem to do the orders right , even if written. Been... several ocasions where my grandmother orders house specials bowls and how they just going to give ice and a bit of strawberrynot even BOBA ??? paid $7.50 just to recieve that... charge for a strawberry slush with bannana ?
