The staff at this Jack in the Box are polite, friendly and competent. The restaurant is clean and well managed. I've been a... customer of Jack in the Box since the early '60's and I even worked for Jack in the '70's. The menu has changed a lot sincethen. When I want something fast and inexpensive; The 2 tacos for a $1.59 and the Jr. Jumbo Jack for $2.18 is a good deal for acheap skate like me. Read more
Friendly service, speedy food preparation.
The service here always takes long and restrooms are always dirty! Low maintenance!!! They need someone to keep this place clean... and also they need more workers. It is annoying that cashier has to do charge , and also get food ready and get the drinks. Theyneed more help. Read more
It was a filthy mess and there was a long line and customers were arguing loudly with the employees the drive thru was getting... all the attention, there was only one person working the register and even tho restrictions were lifted I was told I couldn'twash my hands or sit in the dinning room...hello catch up with the times. Dinning areas and restrooms are open again. Deal.After waiting in line for about 15 mins then so long for the food to come out about ten mins, standing in a crowded frontsmashed up against others waiting... I asked for my money back, left and spent it elsewhere. Never to return. Read more
This is Favorite place for a fast breakfast! I was delighted to find one of this Restaurant in the Indio Ca. far away from LA!... As good is all the Restaurant with the same title! They compete in freshness food and service! two thumbs up Jack in the Box????! Read more
This place is usually very good as far as the drive through goes. I tend to bark my orders at the person at the drive through to... see how good they are. However if you need to or want to dine-in this isn't a good place. They have pros and cons. They havehigh chairs for the kiddo's, an outdoor seating area, a security-ish, and a large dinning area. Cons: access can be kindatedious by car due to it's location (gated complex with three drive ways and a barrage of vehicles). The security officer isn'texclusive to the jack. And it's an over all nasty place. Today for example, one of the guys who preps the food and calls out thenumber was being very rude. He called my number on the speaker and with a bad attitude asked if I wanted ketchup. So I said"yes, and can I have my raspberry iced tee too please". He said "anything else?". He looked at me and said "do you want anythingelse?" So I replied "yes my raspberry iced tee". So he got the ketchup and tossed them in my plate and said "no, about thesethings! Ill get you your iced tee right now!" He slid the iced tee to me on the counter and his supervisor who was looking athim chuckled and as she waddled away said "you so crazy". This awful customer service coupled with the loud ghetto people(locals) walking in and out, and the homeless guy sleeping in the restroom did it for me. Read more
OMG, SO IF YOU'RE NOT IN A CAR THE 24 HOUR DRIVE THROUGH IS CLOSED IF ON FOOT. AN CARS ARE ABLE TOO ORDER.
