This Jack N The Box is the worst one I been to in all of LA. And for some Odd Reason their prices are a little hire. I either... get a number 7 with a Curly Fry and Large Strawberry Fanta $12.07 Or if it's Breakfast a number 25 Sausage with a Large OrangeFanta $7 something. But they wanted $13.87. Staff was VERY rude to me here when I was in the bathroom for two mins, but after they figured who I was I got an all staff,... apology and have been treated with respect ever sense. Otherwise I'd give one more star but the day they wouldn't clean a verydirty bathroom 45 mins before closing, not even refill the soap! Nasty Read more
Location Location Location. Service was great considering everything the staff has to deal with. There is a lot of shady people... that hang out in the area and around the restaurant which I think also has an affect on the cleanliness of the restaurant.Overall food and coffee was hot and good and staff was friendly and efficient. I went to JINB and paid 32.00 for my order. This is the most expensive cold flavor less food I've ever tried. The fajita cold,... I'm just curious if this place purposely hired people with lack of customer service. The people are rude. I work around the... corner from here and I come here at least twice a week and the night shift is rude and have an attitude if you ask for somethingat the window. Such as sauces, napkins, straws or what ever the case is. Seems like it's an issue. On top of that every time Ioder a large combo o get a lard drink and medium fries. When I say I want a lard combo does that only mean the drink? I don'tbother correcting it cause if I get anymore attitude then I already do it'd be a bad day for everyone. DONT COME HERE. Look at my "buttery jack" it was not buttery, it was not juicy. I'm calling the BBB for false advertisement. The... thing looked like it was sitting there for the last 3 hours. Customer service was just as dry as my burger. Place had transientsjust hanging out. I normally don't have a problem with the last one if they're eating and ordering... But they were just hangingout... Like it was a day care of some sort. This place is unkept, by far the worst Jack in the box I've ever been to, and nowpossibly the last one I'll ever go to. Read more
Jack in the Box is honestly one of my favorites! Most of the times, I've visited this specific establishment, it's clean and... organized. Some of the staff can be rude and dismissive but they attend well and get most of the orders right. The bathroom isclean for the most part too. In my most recent trip, two people almost got into a fight because of the bathroom. Food is donefresh and delicious, specially the fries. Read more
