If I could give this jack in the box a negative 4 I would because every time I come here they are always telling me the card... machine is not working or we only taking orders from online and then they are slow as hell and have given me the worst customerservice ever with my orders being wrong and then the window worker is rude as hell and I just have to let people know this andthe manager NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! Worst experience ever. We show up to drive thru and they said only ok online orders because the system when down they said order... online or wait 20 min we waited over 20 min we go back again to drive thru n she said the same thing this is not the first timeor second time u guys need to watch cameras on ur employees because is not fair they always say the same thing system down Ieven took a picture of there pos I dont know if your pos is like the one I work at yoshinoya when the system goes down the wholecomputer restarts so that means no online orders neither. Worse Jack in the box ever ! It used to be my go-to spot but after COVID hit they're unreliable with the time they open inside,... sometimes they don't open at all SO ALL OF US WHO DON'T HAVE CARS just have to walk away because they only do drive-thru whichis crazy because I see so many people just standing outside with their families disappointed ???????????????????????? This is THE WORST Jack in the box ever!!! 50% of the time their system is ?resetting? or ?down? and they can?t even take an... order! But they don?t tell you immediately when you arrive, they make you wait and then they tell you like 5 minutes later. Whenyou are able to order the food is hard, nasty, cold!! I get there around midnight and they tell me they're only doing pickup orders. Like what? Keep in mind this is supposed to be a... ?open 24 hours? location. This Jack in the box already has terrible service and messes up orders more often than not, nowthey're outright not servicing people?? When you do manage to get service, they always claim they?re out of this or that (I?venever had this problem with any other location) and the food you do get is poorly made and is missing ingredients. I?ve lostcount the amount of times I?ve gotten their tacos without lettuce or cheese. I also have to mention the people taking ordersand how they always have a bad attitude and act short like you did something to them. Why even work in food service if you'regoing to be like that? Sadly this is the closest one to me but I?ve had to end up inconveniencing myself to go to theirHuntington Park location on Slauson which has 0 of the problems this one does. They need a serious re-hauling of management ANDemployees or straight up just need to be shut down (but because it?s in the hood no one will care or do anything about it). this has to be one of the worst jack in the box drive thru locations i've visited. i initially wanted to visit and eat in the... lobby or take my food to go but it was closed which made no sense to me. the cashier via the ordering area was extremely rudeover the microphone and had an attitude while taking my order. the manager was charging at the window which also didn't makesense because the whole process was so slow. they tried to blame their computer system for the slow service but i don't believeit. to top it all off the order of tacos were extremely cold and the chicken strips were not packaged correctly and were justfloating around the bag. this location has horrible customer service from top to bottom.
