Horrible service at this site, after 1 or 2am it so happens to be "the system is always down", but yet taking pick up orders,... Uber orders, postmates etc when those have to go thru the POS system all well. As a store manager for another fast food chainall I can say is this is very poor customer service. ????????I just tried to place an order through drive through and I arrive to the window try to pay my 36$ order and the guy in... the window who claimed his name was "Jay" (will attach photo) said he couldn't take my card because his card system was down hesaid cash only. I then handed him a $50 bill to pay for my $36 dollar order and he did not want to take it saying he was goingto run out of change if he took my bill when he only had to give me $14 change back. I was very confused and upset because I hadpromised a homeless person near by a order from there. Very upsetting I got the impression this guy didn't want to take my orderat all. He also rejected the car in front of me for no apparent reason. This person was clearly not trying to do his job. I willnever come back and I hope he gets fired. I will try to file a complaint because people are wasting their time making line fornothing. So my friend told me of this! Apparently, Jack in the Box has a thing where they sell $6 meals that includes two tacos, fries,... and a sandwich of your choice with a drink. They're called Late-Night Only Munchie Meals. They have it from 9pm to close. It'salright. Can't complain for $6! It's extremely filling. I got the grilled cheese cheeseburger.
