I really don't like leaving such bad reviews, but every time we've come here in recent history, it's been so slow. It's not the... fault of the people who work there, but management, who don't schedule enough workers. Second to last time, there were 2 peopleworking, and 5 people in line, with online orders periodically coming in. It took about 20 minutes to get our smoothie. Lasttime, there were 4 people waiting when we came in. It took 5 minutes for the sole worker to acknowledge we were there, she wasthat busy. We left a few minutes later, since she hadn't even had time to take our order. Today, we came in around the sametime (around 1 during a weekday), and we saw 1 person working and 7 people waiting. Recipe for disaster. EDIT: I see we have aresponse from the "owner", whoever that is. Franchise owner? Corporate? Regardless, it's not a problem with the workers, whothey always try to pin it on. No, it's not who's working there, the problem is the owner. Not enough workers? Maybe you shouldpay them more. But sure, I'll talk to them. Read more

It?s a pretty good place and their drinks are great but their location is not the best. Unless you enjoy drinking while others... smoke around you then it won?t be the best place for a dine-in. Also very sad the chocolate protein drink is gone! Read more
