I tried calling multiple times to change an issue with my order. I?m allergic to bananas and usually can call after placing the... order to request my usual smoothie with no bananas, yet this time they never picked up. I called 8 times and it just keptringing. Juice was great, service, not so much. Everyone was grumpy and out of sorts. Orders were mixed up or made incorrectly. Perhaps... they were just flustered and overwhelmed by the 8 folks in the shop trying to get their Jamba fix for the day. I asked for andpaid for protein and vitamin shots that I didn't get. I watched her make my drink. When I asked she said she did. I said Ididn't see her do it and she got testy. The manager looked lost, so I took my drink and left. Folks are on edge since the last2-3 years. It's not worth it. You never know a person's syate of mind, especially when you can tell everyone working wasoverwhelmed. I just won't go to that Jamba ever again. Read more

When I lived in LA about 10 years ago I never had an issue with this place.. But today was my worst experience at this location.... I know what I drink I know what I order and I know exactly how it's supposed to look and taste The little girl arguing with metelling me this is how it's supposed to be, when in fact I know what it's supposed to look like and supposed to taste like. Itis the only drink I ever order. So you literally do not know what it is supoosed to look like or taste. The little girl made itexactly the wrong way a second time...i got my money back and left and i will not be returning to this Jamba Juice again. Thelittle Hispanic girl who opened on 9/10/22 was rude and disrespectful, yall need to have a conversation with her about customerservice. I was not the only one she was rude to. Read more

Not the best experience. Employees didn't seem to care that there was a line busting out the front door. Luckily I wasn't in a... rush but the other customers were visibly (and audibly) frustrated but their complaints fell on deaf ears. It was probably just a bad day but I probably won't go to this Jamba juice for a while. I did get a large drink instead of a medium so I doappreciate that but still, not very welcoming. Read more

This location is horrible when it comes to how it is being managed and also poor performance as far as being greeted and the... monotone attitude that a lot of them have! Here it is 10:00 and they supposed to be open at 8:00 and since the time I arrivedtil now I can count about 14-16 customers that they have lost out on their business! Just because this store is in the hooddoesn?t mean we should be receiving hood treatment! I arrived at 8:04 and I?m purposely waiting so that I can get the employer?sname when they open up. The cashier seemed to be rushing when taling orders, but my smoothie is delicious. Smooth talking mango with daily vitamin zinc... boost, added raspberry sherbet. YUM Read more
