I just had the strangest experience at this place. First, I was standing there waiting for like a solid 4 minutes and nobody... even acknowledged me. Then another customer walked in and had a weird quiet conversation with the lady making my sandwich. After she put the meat on the sandwich I noticed it looked like half the amount normally on it?she denied it and told me if Iwant more it will cost more. I have no idea who manages this place and this girl appeared to be the boss of the others?but thisplace is sketchy. Unacceptable experience. What really happened is she got distracted and didn?t put enough turkey on thesandwich but rather than owning up to it she rudely denied it. If she?s the manager, she?s got to go. Read more

This is a long overdue review, I went to this place when it first opened and it was amazing, so much better than Quiznos that... was there before it. An employee, I think a manager, asked me to leave because he thought I was with a man there who caused problems. I had no idea... who the man is. I have nothing to do with him. I'm not even local to the area. I'm not even from southern California or theentire state. I'm not giving one star since it seems likely that the employee often deals with people who cause problems there. Read more

I order the bread toasted for my club sandwich when I touch it it was completely cold I told the guy to please toasted and the... lady says is warm I told them to touch it because don't want to warn it up the guy open it and says it gets cold because I letthe lady behind me to pay first but I have to wait for my Philip sandwich to be ready and it was less than 2 mins at the endthey give me the money back just the sandwich listing price not the tax that l paid for because he said the listing prices hasthe tax include but I paid more that 20 dlls for them but I won't fight for 20 cents maybe he needs it the most that's why hetook them . This place is insanely good. I didnt know what i wanted and the sweet sandwich boy behind the counter asked what i was... interested in. He directed me to a sub that has all the cold cuts. Which was delicious. Got it giant because why the hell not.All in all great sub. With chips and drink it was almost 20 bucks. Read more
