This place is a staple in the neighborhood. They are always kind and serve up some of the best tasting hot dogs I've had in a... while. The only problem would be the slow service. Today was me and my boyfriends first time here. And we were so excited about coming and supporting our black people. I work in... food business myself so I understand that there can be a wait. But we were in line for an hour and when we finally got to thespeaker to order the customer service was terrible. I got so mad that I didn?t even get to order everything we originally wantedto try. They were rude. I didn?t feel comfortable enough to ask questions and so on because we felt rushed. On our way going to Ralph's supermarket we saw Jordan's. However, we didn't get to check it out. Looked at places in the area... Jordan's popped up. I looked at the reviews very helpful and the owner responded to persons thats a plus. My husband said, chose what I wanted and we will give it a try. First time for us, new to the area. I had Stake Picado Burrito wRice $7. That wasfilling OMG and well seasoned. I enjoyed it and am very picky with what I eat. I thought it was gonna come with the riceseparate. Hubby had a double turkey he enjoyed it. Also gave my toddler to try some of the turkey he ate a little. If it was achicken burger he might have ate more. Hubby said took a little while but i guess it was worth the wait. Online is a bit limitedwith the menu but inside the restaurant, get to see much more what they offer. 1/24/19 I just keep coming back !!! Try the kool-aid or the iced tea it is definitely my favorite! Must get the x-large ! so... worth it! And the chili cheese fries mm mm mm. 5stars today guys! Came back in for my second visit tonight 11/10. YUMMY Ipurchased the jumbo chili cheese dog as recommended and it was delicious with relish and a hint of spicy. The iced tea was todie for ! Omg the best iced tea ive ever had ! With a actual lemon and it was sweet to perfection omg omg shouldve got a xlargeinstead of large lol. Chili cheese fries are always delicious ? But The cashier isn't the friendliest to me, I think he helpedme my first visit too. Maybe he works long shifts or something. but I am so happy with the food ???? side note to self : theydon't carry packets if condiments so u have to ask while u are placing ur order. It was my first time eatting here, I foundthem on google and cant believe they were only 6 minutes away ! My friendhad the chili cheese fries and I should have ordered that too cause it was so yummy and cheesy ,???? the chili dog was good butit was a lot smaller then what I imagined. it was a tiny weiney. But the peach cobber was very tasty, just very cold as well.But it was flavorful. I'll be returning and ill be getting the chili cheese fries that's for sure. I had the Harriot special. It was good! Five stars because the service was friendly and pretty fast as well as great tasting... food. The cool came out because the cashier was busy and asked what I was going to order so that he could her started on it. Icame on a Friday a noon. It was empty except for a family sitting in the corner arguing. There are two picnic tables outsidewith umbrellas to sit. The owner said he was in Washington for 51 years and that he brought his business here about a yearago. It's the day after and I found myself craving more! Came to try the pastrami fries. Delicious.
