So we ordered online from this location to pick up. When I went, the inside was closed even though it said it closed at 10 pm.... This was my first time to this place, and then I realized that there was a walk up window (kind of like a drive thru window).When I got home and opened up our chicken tenders box, I found a cockroach inside the box!!!! I called the location to let themknow what I found. He then said what?s a cockroach, so I had to repeat myself and say a roach. I was very upset and he said forme to bring back the food, so that he can see for himself. I asked him, can?t I just take a video or photo? And show you adifferent day? He said no. Bring it back right now and I?ll see the box and give you new ones. I don?t want to take that roachback inside my car. That?s disgusting. I just hung up. This is the worst thing I could ever find. I just threw away thefood. The picture shows that the roach was outside the box, but at this point it crawled to the outside of the box. Today, I went into this location to order food for myself. When I was leaving the location, there was a homeless lady pushing a... cart who obviously was mentally ill handicap and homeless. I proceeded to watch her go into the restaurant under the assumptionshe was hungry. When she went to the counter the lady in the checkered shirt which was I?m assuming the manager was very judgemental towards her with her tone asking her what do you want? The lady was having a hard time explaining what she was wanting soI asked her what she wanted and let her know that I was going to pay for it. The lady stated what she wanted and the managersaid is this together or separate? I made it clear that I would be paying for the ladies food. Once we ordered her food I askedthe lady if she would be interested in sitting down eating her food? A manager said no she can?t eat in here because people willsmell her and lose their appetite. I stopped and was wondering did I hear what I thought I heard? I began to ask her again whythe lady was not allowed to sit in the restaurant and eat her food it was obvious she was hungry and weak. The manager proceededto say because she smells and people will lose their appetite so she can eat outside. I began to get really upset and the ladywho was homeless said that?s OK ma?am I?ll eat outside. I let the manager know her behavior was unthoughtful rude andunprofessional. And not only that , that was a form of discrimination that could get her Franchise in trouble. I also let herknow why was she casting judgment on the lady that?s homeless when there?s other people sitting in the restaurant eating theirfood? KFC fried chicken became smaller? I have noticed that the size of the chicken has decreased a lot compared from my previous... order. See photos? Is this true for all branches? or may be they have a different supplier for the chicken? The fried chickensare so small. 6 pieces for $12. But chicken still taste good.
