Great service but toppings flavors have changed... and also not adding enough sauce to the pizza almost completely dry!
I waited over an hour for them to deliver a cold pizza and missing half of my items. I explained the location of the property... while placing the order. The driver called me a total of 3 times because he was lost. He also argued with my son over themissing items. When we took the food back as we were walking out the cashier said ?putaaa! I?ve been ordereding pizza loca for years never had a problem until today I order a pizza with like 4 toppings they told me it... would be about 45 min it got here in 20 min I took it inside it was pepperoni and cold I was handed down a pizza nobody probablywanted they gave me back the difference on the toppings and wouldn?t take the cold pizza back I hope it was worth making themoney on the pizza and loosening a customer Read more
On 4/25/20 around 10 pm I was double charged for my order by some skinny Spanish speaking lady when I asked to speak to the... manager she said there was no manager. But she called the manger on her phone and was speaking spanish then I asked to speak tothe manager and she told me no not on her personal phone. There are several things wrong here. Like operating with out asupervisor and using your personal phone on company time not to mention being rude to customers and making personal calls whilea customer waits. Ordered a gigante & wings from them , and was told they couldn?t make the drive. I was 2.5 miles away , this pizza loca was the... closest to me , after being told that they would not be able to deliver my sister called and put in order , again they wereinforming my sister that they would not be able to make the drive , sister was persistent ( we were ordering for family night ), finally the order was put in , 45 to almost an hour passed by , pizza and wings were terribly cold and unappealing. I do notrecommend this pizza loca , bad service and bad pizza. I do hope they change their attitude and customer service. They?reaffordable but def not worth the wait and cold pizza. Read more
Pizza loca has always been known for their tasty pizza, but the employees are really rude. And if you're having a family pizza... night, don't count on these guys, because it'll never show up or never put in order. I called 3 times, each hour I call. Andthey say due to " you never answered our phone call" which is untrue. I just hope later on in the future their service getsbetter , I'm just surprised of their service is terrible. Read more
Amazing place!!! Great service... place my orders for pickup and are always ready on time.. To Other comments: some of you live... not even 6 blocks away from this place! Get your ass up and walk/drive over to pick up your pizza!! You won't need to wait 2hours long.. which is ridiculous! I have also order for delivery many years back and they have NEVER taken 2 hours! 45 min. maxwhich is normal for any pizza place you call for delivery! Read more
