Authentic oaxaqueño food especially the tamales. The margaritas were too sugary and instantly made my stomach hurt. The server... was extremely nice. You just have to wait in the restaurant so you can get attended since they don?t have a counter. Food wasfreshly made and boiling hot which means they don?t do no ore heats and cook once ordered, Other than that, I am always gonnarecommend this place and come back here! Read more

Authentic, delicious, very reasonably priced ($) and good service. Try the empanada de huitlacoche and squash blossoms.

Authentic Oaxacan food is hard to find, this place is a gem! ???? The prices are reasonable for the quality and authenticity.... Generous portions even for takeout. The place is clean and the staff is always helpful and polite. Downside is parking but thefood is definitely worth it. Plus you can always order ahead for pickup. Definitely one of my favorite spots. My family and I have been coming here for years, the food was authentic a d iver the moon . It felt like I was visiting Oaxaca.... Ever since we moved we have been coming back on occasion and the quality of food just hasn't been the same. A few days ago Iordered a memela a few days ago, and I received something completely different. It wasn't the memelas that they make in thepueblos if Oaxaca. This looked like a huge sope. And the texture of the masa was not all there, it was super soft. It wasn'twhat I remembered it being since that is my go-to dish when I eat there. Disappointed to say the least. Read more

For the first time I try out this place yesterday Saturday 11/5/21. Order myself tacos de birria de chivo they are big in a big... handmade corn tortilla just one thing that I was missing for them some salsa on top of the Chile picado. Also ordered me aparillada they were good my only dislike was the for this they gave me store bought corn tortillas instead of hand made. Also asfor the consome I thought I was missing some spice to it. But other than that totally recommend this place. Other issue is thatyou have to park on the street. Read more
