We waited at the drive-thru window for 14 minutes, and no one ever came to ask our order.
Servi e is horrible. They can see you waiting in the drive thru and they just ignore you. Nobody comes up to the window to at... least ask if you are waiting or ordering. Eventhough the app said it was ready, and they saw me parked outside the windowbecause they came to wash their hands right in front of the window, they just ignored me. This was a girl that saw me and didn'teven bother to come ask if we were waiting for our pizza, nothing. Never recommending this place, horrible customer service ???? Read more

If you know little Caesars - you get the experience. We always get confused with this location because if you don't specify... drive thru then you MUST walk in to pick up - the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Overall though, the food is always hot,they seem to honor any deals you may have seen for the national brand, and they always have the newest items. I went there today (10/31/2021) to get a pizza box for my Little Ceasar Halloween costume. They guy told me that, not only could... they not give me a box for free for my costume, but I would have to buy one for over $6 the same as if I were getting a pizza(they couldn't even charge me for a side of ranch or something). I didn't want a greasy crummy box for the costume party so Ishelled it out. I will be giving Little Ceasar's wonderful organic free adveritisng all night and they couldn't even give me afair deal on an empty pizza box. Also, two homeless guys were openly smoking crack on the side of the building right outside thefront door. Read more
Great customer service and product but the pizza size it?s 3 inches smaller inside of the box, probably food cost it?s high
Customer service is awful! They?re very rude and disrespectful. I asked to speak to the manager about how come they never have... the classic pizza ready! Because it?s supposed to be Hot-And-Ready. But instead they try to make you buy the extra most or elseyou need to wait 10 minutes to get the classic pizza. But his answer was? ?Do you want the other one yes or no. Cause if youdon?t want to wait you don?t have to buy anything ?! I was like I?m sorry but I don?t think that?s the right answer. But hereplied? well, you can always leave if you don?t like it!
