Hard to find a place that can deliver fast, delicious, and healthy food. And being a small local business is jus the cherry on... top. My go to when I’m craving Mediterranean food. Hidden in the 76 on Barrington & Pico! Read more

Need to re-train the employee. He was working in the corner cutting vegetables without gloves while talking on his iPods and... using his iPad. Comes out, sees me and puts on a glove on his left hand only. He grabs the salad vegetables and pita bread withhis bare right hand. Uses the credit card machine, I give him a tip, I guess he didn’t notice because he asked me to tip him.I ask for a receipt since I invoice my expenses and he tells me the machine doesn’t have paper. The whole time he was talkingon the phone. I would have given the place 5 stars because the food was good, except the garlic dip was a little salty, but theunsanitary and rude behavior was unacceptable. Read more

We drove by this Mediterranean spot and took a chance with it as it was attached to a Gas station but surprisingly enough the... food was very good! All entrees main dishes are served with hummus, salad and/or rice, couscous. We ordered the Moroccan chickenTajine with couscous and Merguez (North African sausage) with couscous. Tasted fresh. Just delicious! The chef was polite andfriendly. The only downside is that you have no dine -in we had to take our order to a nearby park in Burbank to eat it. Idefinitely recommend this place. Placed online pick up order. Arrived and no one was inside. Called the restaurant and was told 5 to 10 minutes. Came back in 10... minutes and still no one was there. Waited a few more minutes before leaving to get lunch at an establishment featuring visibleemployees during their stated business hours. Tried to get a refund for a meal I no longer had interest in, was told my orderwas ready so they would not issue a refund. Fine. 1 star review instead. Order online at your own risk. Read more

** AVOID ONLINE ORDERING AND/OR DELIVERY ** Marsa Lounge took 2 hours (from the time I submitted my order) to deliver my food.... I ordered around 3:40 PM, a time that one can safely assume is NOT busy for restaurants (which google analytics supports inshowing this sparsely frequented time as "usually not busy"), and was told by their online ordering system that I could expectdelivery "around 4:30 PM Today". After 45 minutes passed the delivery ETA, I called the restaurant to ask about my order thatwas nearly an hour late. All I was told was "sorry, the delivery guy already left". I still didn't receive my order until around5:40 PM, about 2 hours after I submitted the order. This is absurd because the restaurant is about an 11 minute drive (a littleover 3 miles) from the address ordered from. How can it possibly take 2 hours to prepare and deliver a 3 item order? It would'vebeen faster to take the bus there, order take out, and then take the bus back. Or, rather, it would've been faster and cheaperto go to the grocery store and cook myself something to eat. Needless to say, the food was barely warm when it arrived, whichchecks out as it was likely sitting out for a great deal of time before it was actually out in transit for delivery. MarsaLounge should consider either revamping their online order & delivery process to accurately represent delivery ETAs ordiscontinue offering delivery & online ordering altogether until they are equipped to professionally handle these. As for thefood itself, it wasn't bad. I had not eaten in almost 12 hours so pretty much anything tastes good at that point. The onlyreason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because the food was edible and somewhat tasty. My only other complaint is that thehummus is overpriced, as it is at many restaurants, seeing as it's so much cheaper to make at home. Anyone with a food processorand a brain could make homemade hummus. Read more
