It's McDonald's. Not much to say about it. This location is nice and clean and easy to find. The staff are friendly and... personally I have yet to have an order mistake at this location. My fries are always hot (ask for them well done!) And my foodis always fresh. Certain items you should ask for it made fresh. Like mcnuggets or filet o fish. By the time you get to thewindow it will be ready so don't worry if your in a rush. I wish this location was 24 hours! Read more
Very clean and the workers are helpful! I ordered the wrong coffee on my app and they gladly changed it for me :) but I did... notice the customers them selves are very demanding towards the workers but it was a good McDonalds. Read more
I tend to come here for a quick bite since its near to my job but honestly it takes me way longer unsure if its the staff or... their appliances but always spend 15 or more minutes on the drive thru today they asked me to parked on one of the waiting spotssince my food was not ready i asked for my sauces before and when the guy came out to hand me my food he said all sauces rinside i didnt think to check since he said it very firm i trusted his words but when i get back to work NO sauses!!! Worse experience, waited 15 min for one bigmac and small coffee. Nothing and other newer orders call being served, ask and... showed my receipt to cashier and he gave me this strange look and he said I?ll go check, he came back straight to take morecustomers and completely forgot or plain ignored me. Other employee came by the front and I asked about where is my food? So helooked at my receipt and said oh you are waiting for a coffee? man this is like 30 minutes already. I bought a Quarter pounder burger from this store (21901 Erwin st, Woodland Hills)and no bread put in the bottom of the... sandwich. I don?t know how someone can pack it without that. I informed McDonald?s through their mobile app and store responsewas very poor. This is complete mismanagement from restaurant and hope McDonald?s will take this issue seriously.
