This mcdonalds location is my local mcdonalds, I always come here, the drive thru line was very long so I made my way inside to... order, I waited 30 mins for a happy meal, fries and a cheese burger. I tried to ask the staff what the hold up was about andthey basically said they were prioritizing the drive thru line, while inside there is not a large line. What is that about, Ididn't want to wait in the long drive thru line for my short food order yet I waited inside while watching staff make all thethings I ordered only to witness them only serving drive thru. This is not the first negative experience I've had here I havecomplained directly to the supervisor here about there rude customer service, I will no longer be coming to this close locationanymore. Dunning inside closes at 7p, really? Can't handle any business, the other fast food joints are open til 10p on the same... block. Guess your staff can't handle working. Hmm..... must not like working, lazy staff. Read more

I ordered on the mobile app and waited 19 minutes before I cut the drive thru line and asked them for my order. After I gave... them the order number she tried to reach my hand to give me the order. I explained I am a quadraplegic I was unable to reachit. The manager did not believe me, i gues because I was driving. I do have very limited movement and requiere assistance towalk. She then told me that if I wanted my order to get out of the car and pick up inside. I repeated again I was aquadraplegic with an unpleasant tone of voice at her. I guess she was ugnorant to the meaning of the quadraplegic worr. Anemployee came out to gave me the order. After raising my voice at the manager I felt uncomfortable taking anything from themand asked for a refund. The manager said she was unable to refund a mobil order. I told her I would wait there until refundedso I waited maybe another 5 minutes. This is at least 30 minutes after ordering and notifying on the app my parking location. I feel this woman should be educated on how to help the customers that have disabilities. The customers are the reason she isemolyeed after all. Read more

This location does not care about the walk-in customer or the takeout customer only the drive-thru customer. Also they enforce... the only order through the kiosk rule This is ridiculous. It used to be faster to walk in and get the food instead of goingthrough the drive-thru but no longer. When you complain to management they don't care. I took my money and left Read more

Clean restaurant. Two employees working hard at cleaning at the time of my visit. Food was hot and fresh but they were so busy... they forgot to add my hash brown to my number two breakfast meal. No problem after asking, they granted it. I hate it when Ihave to ask for them to unlock the restroom so I can wash my hands before eating. This place Falls in that category. Read more

Mcdonalds drive thru 24 hrs but the drive thru hasnt been open around 3-5am (not sure if its a temporary thing but the cone is... blocking the drive thru often at these hours) though previously it was it might be low staffing(?) anyway if you make sure toask for jam for your pancakes they dont give it out unless you ask for it. Breakfast starts at 4am (if open again hasnt beenopen at those hours though google claims it is?) Food is okay its mcdonalds so dont expect too much yea? Read more

This is a busy McDonald?s and I?m not even sure what city I?m in. Thank God McDonald?s has restrooms. Restrooms were clean and... store was very clean. I only ordered a drink, wanted to at least pay my way for the bathroom break. Everyone I spoke with wassuper nice ( talked to three employees). Management is doing something right here. Read more
