Great service and quick. Food didn't disappoint. But if I go to McDonald's I expect McDonald's so it was good.
This McDonald?s barely rates 1 star. The service was abominable. The cashier refused to acknowledge the patrons. Then when a... customer asked to place his order he was told to the kiosk. He was clearly a senior citizen who was unfamiliar with the newtechnology. They don?t even give you napkins unless you request them. Very bad Update: today the breakfast team got my order wrong from lady taking orders outside to cashier to pick up window. At... pick up window we attempted again to try and explain so we were asked to pull forward, which we did while we waited for theorder correct they owed us appx 5.00 back as well. The manager came out with the corrected food but argued over the almost 5.00cash back! So she asked what is our problem? Not only the money we were owed but since when does the company argue over thesmall stuff? Well we told her that we would never come back here because of her and i promised her this horrible review to warnpublic about the attitudes of higher up employees. You can go here chances are you won't see the ugly we saw but, can you besure? I wouldn't take chances with a better restaurant down on pico closer to westwood! This is sad bro, they need more workers. The food is starting to be Un-fresh . The sweet tea tastes like water with sugar,... diluted tea? I think that?s the case. I don?t blame them for them not liking the job here but management needs more people, canwe get younger employees ? These elder people are so rude. No offense but everytime i go they have attitude and the only niceand helpful ones are the young ones. You guys need better management and someone to check the food is fresh, the oatmeal is notgood anymore, the guava pies, the fries. 2 days ago I went in and then the same day I bought the McFlurry I threw it up. Yes they love coming here because it has a play area and they can play as long as they want. They also meet other young children... so make new friends. Right now the Happy Meal only cost $3 and you get organic apple juice and slices!!! Read more
