Service was fast and the employees were super nice. Got all the items I ordered and they were fresh.
Terrible customer service. I stood in the drive through lane waiting while the other lane kept placing their orders and driving... off. I called their number and the manager named Rachelle picked up. I complained about the long wait and how everyone at theother lane kept passing through and she decided to get loud and proceeded to ask me to leave the line if I didn?t want tocontinue waiting. Once I got to the window I asked to speak to her but of course she was one of those only loud and tough overthe phone. Worst experience ever. Won?t be buying from that place ever again. Read more
Good food but the customer service is very bad sadly. The worker on register around noon was so annoyed with about us placing an... order and asking a few questions about the deals. Nothing but sighs and unpleasant looks from her. Another mcdonalds employeeyelled at a mom of 3, screaming at her to wait when she approached the McDonald's worker for some extra sauce. The worst partwas the manager who I heard was called "Ines" or something, was just standing next 2 her listening and acting like everythingwas fine. Crazy stuff. Read more

It's ridiculous how long this drive-thru takes! Thought drive-thru fast food joints were to save time. Definitely, do not expect... to save any time here if you are in a rush....extremely disappointing. Read more
I just went to this location to order a quick meal with fresh fries and the fat worker at the 2nd window has an attitude for no... reason at all. I asked for fresh fries they gave me old fries so I had to come back and ask for fresh fries once again.. the fatworker told me to wait in parking #2 so I did once he brought me the ?fresh? fries I then asked for some ranch the fat workerjust looked at me and kept walking .. moral of the story is this location customer service sucks!!!!! Good Lord Is Stinks Like Bad Sewer Water. They need to fix the issue. The Smell is unbelievable.
