Burnt fries,They have a tendency to give you old food so I asked for a fresh filet of fish it's looks like they refried to fish,... it's super dry- left off an item!!! Wow that how they do fast food quality ?! That reviews from 2021 after several visits - In2022 I have frequented this McDonald's again and they have gotten a little better- and cleaner. You cannot trust using the McDonald's app at the La Tijera Street McDonald's. Here's why: My mobile order -PB63- small coffee &... sausage Mcmuffin, $2.18 pay thru app approximately 11:00 a.m drive thru teller tells me I hadn't paid and I said I use the apppleases push it thru the app. he says I can't. I responded yes, you can. I do it all the time. It'll print my receipt. Heleaves the window and returns. Then he tells me I paid already & to drive forward because he can't give me a receipt. I will getthe receipt email from McDonald's. Ok. I've received email receipts from McDonald's before. No problem. 50 minutes or so laterI'm checking my email & the charge is $15.29!! I go back to McDonald's to speak to the mgr on duty, Cynthia. I explained toher what happened, and she asks did it go thru your bank yet? I said here's the email receipt so yes..it's going to hit myaccount and I want you to delete it. She says I can't do that! She leaves to see if there was an order for $15.29 around thetime I ordered. So while waiting, I check my bank account to see if the charge is there & what do I see..TWO different McDonaldcharges, $1.00 & $2.84 but no $2.18!! Neither of those charges reflect what I ordered. I show this to the mgr Cynthia and askedwhy there are two charges that don't reflect my order & she says I don't care about that. All I want to know is did the $15.29show in your account...Can you believe it!! That's what she said. Honest to God!! She doesn't care about the charges on myaccount! Now I'm steaming mad.
