I visited this macdonald tonight Thursday November 24th,2022 at 10.35 pm and waited on the drive thru for long time and the... person who takes the order refused to sell to me and my wife any ice cream or milkshake although all the items are available anddisplayed on the Menu and order taker said rudely that they stop selling ice cream and milkshake after 10 pm ???!!! He was superRude and and I have friend of mine in other care I called him and asked him to buy ice cream for me and the same order takertook his order and he sold ice cream to my friend!!!???? Super races the guy who takes the orders on the drive thru.I amwondering where is the manager of this macdonald??. I promised my aunt that after her flue shot I'd get her McDonald's. She wanted brakefast but we got there 5 min too late. But I... scored because I got the mcrib. I don't know it's just me but the McRib reminds me of the sandwich they gave us in the LAUSDlunches. And this time the McRib did not disappoint. Reminded me of sitting on those hard yellow bench with 100 other kids underthe plastic canopy in the lunch area. I liked they had a person there to take my order insted of just the machine. Best McDonald?s ever , they never fail to make my Large Caramel Frappe perfect. Also the staff if always so nice and fast.
The worst burger ever. I don't know why they still run it. It was the last choice as all other food joints were closed and only... this one was running around the area at 3am. This is the first time I am getting served a quarter pounder with just the burgerand bread. Nothing else inside. I mean, what's that even called?? Since it was take out, we were already on the freeway andcouldn't go back and ask them. An utter disappointment. The amount of times this Mc Donald?s has messed up my order is ridiculous. Either they are short one item or the item is not up... to par. There have multiple times I?ve ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it?s either raw or burnt. They rush through makingthe food items so bad the bun is upside down, the chicken has no sauce, or it?s dry. I get it it?s fast food but that doesn?tmean everything you serve is sloppy. Read more
