This location is always full and the wait is very long. I gave them the benefit of the doubt many times but it just seems like... this McDonald's just can't get themselves to work in an efficient manner. Maybe the blame falls on management, or maybe it's theemployees. Either way, the consistency of bad service is enough for me never to return to this store. Read more

Horrible customer service from management and crew. Morning shift of 11/29/22 runs as if no management is present. Management... pays 0 regard to dine in and take out orders and focus on nothing other than drive thru. Many customers asked for management andmanagement would have their crew handle their customers issues. Orders are deleted from the screen like if they?re being givenout. Orders screens were blank while 20+ customers are still waiting on their orders. Many customers were waiting 15+ minutesjust for a coffee. I waited 20 minutes for my order even when it was placed in advance with the app. 5 minutes into waiting myorder was deleted off the screen but yet no number was called. So I waiting 15 more minutes then told a crew member about myorder then he started to bag it up. Funny thing is I get home and my order wasn?t even complete. Read more

Order at the kiosk as what I always do so I can get the good deals but somehow they have this one person I think is a crew... leader that not once or twice that she told me that my order is not getting through the system. It's crazy because on times thatI do it with other crew cashier I don't have problems getting my orders. I think she just don't want to entertain cheap orderson busy days and even told me that deals are not available anymore when it is clearly available at the kiosk. CORPORATE shouldlook at how your people are working with customers. I will never go back to this location. Read more

Just driving through and was craving some fries. Placed a mobile order (double ???? ,???? and nuggets) and got online. Both... lines were busy and it took a few minutes to get to the speaker. But once I reached the speaker, it was smooth sailing. So bepatient, cause the food came out good. The ???? wasn't overdone, the nuggets was really hot and crispy, yet juicy inside. Thefries were good but wasn't as hot as I like. Would've been a 4 ???? if it was quicker and the ???? were hotter. Read more

The drive thru cashier had problems hearing through the speaker. I had to repeat the code 6 six times no exaggeration. The... fries were fresh and hot once I got them but the cashier couldn't understand 1 large chicken nugget combo and 1 large fries. Sheinitially only gave the combo. He question is why is it 2? The service was terrible. They mixed up orders, I waited 35 mins for a 2b simple combo. I was atin there waiting and watched as... 8 people who came after me, get their orders before me. Then my order was removed from screen and I was told I have to reorderto get more food, and pay again. I work by here, but will never come to this place ever again. My advice, avoid this place andeat Taco Bell near by instead or Denny's. Read more
