It was awful. Drive thru took 10 minutes, got to the pay window and asked, were the cookies going to be fresh, yes, was the... reply. Pay window, asked me to park for 3 minutes, for fresh cookies. I waited 10 minutes walked in received the cookies, askedfor a coupon for another time, as I had to wait way beyond 3 minutes. I was asked for my receipt, walked back to the car....Blahblah blah. McDonald's has been around since I've been a child, the go to for a quick meal. Things are not the same today. The Big Mc has... gotten smaller and lacks the quality tast it once had. The apple pie tast very artificial; however, the fries are timeless. Thequarter pounder, the chicken and fish sandwiches are the only thing worth buying. Still our kids as we did still loves theplace. This McDonald's store is like all the others but lacks friendly service. The staff is very impersonal and lacks welcomingallure. The cashier didn?t not takes the order right All i asked for was a #7 combo The lady couldnt even input the right info to take... my order. The manger was rude, did not want to be understanding of the situation and didnt not even wave the meal for me beingdissatisfied with the level of service. Dont come here. There automated system to order food doesn?t even let you input mealsonly individually sold items. McDonald?s should be a family orientated place with respectable employees and not a place ofdisaster in the place of business. The bathroom was very dirty, wet and had no soap at the hand wash station. The sodadispensers where gross. There lids where not stacked right and there was liquid all over the station. Not only did i have to askfor a lid but the same manager that handle my money and gave me a recipe didnt not wash her hands after handling money and thengoing over to the food and grabbing my order off the kitchen line and gave me a cup lid with her filthy hands. This mcdonald's was very very clean. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and let me tell you it was beautiful seeing it... shine clean. Thank you to this place for keeping this place clean. I definitely would give you more stars if I could. Greatservice too. Read more

Will never be buying from this location ever again! My husband had bought almost $50 worth of food from this location before... coming home from work, and I was really excited about the McRib being back. When he got home with the food I was about to take abite of my McRib when I notice mold on the bread. After about 4 times of calling the store, someone finally answered the phoneand offered to replace the food, but like I said it had mold I didn?t want anything else from that location so instead asked formy money back. The guy I spoke to on the phone said it was fine to just bring back the receipt. We get to the store and the guyI had spoken to on the phone said he could only refund me for the McRib which I was not happy with because 1) I live almost 30minutes away from this location 2) who knows if the rest of the food was ok or not and we just didn?t notice and 3) I amcurrently pregnant and if by any chance the rest of the food did have something wrong with it, that?s putting my unborn baby atrisk over their negligence of their food as they?re preparing it. I asked him for their corporate number and the manager onduty?s name (he said he was only a shift manager, that the manager in charge was in the back) and he comes back and gives me theGM?s name (who is currently on vacation) instead of the name of the manager who was in charge for that shift.
