I will divide my review in a few sections. First, I dont feel the food is to rave about, it's good and tastes fresh but I feel... like I could make it just the same at home. Second, don't bother ordering over the phone or online during or before 12pm duringthe week, it's impossible to get your order in. They physically take the phone off the hook to prevent it from ringing and thewebsite says something along the lines of, "...cannot take your order now due to high volume...". Like I mentioned- impossible,so you're forced to wait in line to order. Finally, when you do go there you'll see how HARD the employees work to keep up withall the orders they do get. I just hope they're being paid enough for the pressure. Overall, I gave them 4 stars because they'rehard working. Read more
Got the half sandwich combo with the farm club and creamy potato leek soup. Great lunch for someone looking for something light... and quick but packed with flavor. Workers are very nice as well. Read more
Mendocino is always good, watch out for the parking though at this location, make sure you pay attention!!! I didn't and the... underground parking cost more than the lunch for two. Won't be back to this location but nothing relevant to the restaurantitself though would suggest sign placement near register regarding parking validation! :) Read more
I placed a large online order for about 10 people during the busy lunch rush. My order was correct, on time, and everyone raved... about the food! The food is quick and great quality as expected with Mendocino Farms. What is absolutely amazing about this location is the... staff, they are incredibly friendly and helpful. By far some of the best customer service I have ever seen and everyone does itwith a smile. I told one of the servers my name on my first visit and when I came back a second time days later she greeted mewith my name. Would absolutely recommend this place. Plus they added heaters outside which makes the colder days still enjoyablein the park! Read more
Staff was very excited, friendly, and helpful on opening week. Sandwiches are good but no different than other locations.
It don’t matter what location you go to. Don’t matter what you get. No matter what, Mendocino Farms is pure fire. I have... NEVER had anything from them that didn’t make me moan a lil cuz it was so mf good. Even their cookies go dumb. Idk whatthey’re doing in that kitchen but pls don’t ever stop.
