Lovely place to have brunch (or lunch). We came here on a Saturday and we were able to get a table right away. The food was... delicious- the matcha waffle was better than I expected. The drinks were also tasty. The staff is helpful, attentive and kind.The only thing that wasn?t ideal was the kind loud music but I assume it is to mask the loud noises coming from thestreet. Had the Vegan Salted Caramel Waffle and it?s the best waffle ever!!! I simply wish I ordered two plates because I didn?t want to... stop eating it at all! Caramel and toasted coconut were drizzled on top and a cute flower was placed there as well. I love agreat presentation of food ???? I also had a side of fresh berries which went perfectly with my food! So happy they had thisdelicious option for the plant based and vegans! Read more
Everything I tried was great! The matcha waffle was warm, soft, and crispy. The flavors paired really well together. The Avocado... toast was more of an Avocado fresh bread (which I see as a positive????). The fried chicken tasted fresh and slight spice to thecrackly breading made each bite better than the last. I fall in love with this place. It is a small but cozy place where you can enjoy the tastes of the waffles. This place has a... great selection of food and everything is too tasty. My favorite two so far are Chicken Waffle and White Truffle Toast. Thosetwo taste great! Chicken Waffle comes with maple syrup, butter, and spicy sauce. If you like to spice the way I do, you have totry it! My favorite drink there is Thai tea. Its sweet but not extra sweet. The staff is nice and friendly. Awesomely laid back atmosphere at "Met Her at a Bar." Great breakfast/brunch location that serves the fluffiest, lightly... sweetened Belgian waffles. They have great coffee, a variety of food delights including some vegetarian/vegan options. Theservers are friendly, the service was fast and the ambiance here is amazing. Felt like I was in my own kitchen hanging withfamily and friends. We went on a Saturday morning and were seated right away. It got busier as the morning went on. But the waitdidn't look too long for new patrons because there is indoor and outdoor seating available and bonus, you can order take-out ifyou don't want to hang out. The ambiance was fun, music was loud, and the food was good! We came in the afternoon on a Sunday, which was busy, so we had... about a 40 minute wait. They had turkey bacon as a substitute and made my breakfast butter-free no problem! They're also notshy with their potatoes. Our server was really attentive and kind; while I was waiting to wash my hands in the bathroom, shewalked by and I stopped her to ask for a hot coffee.
