Food arrived via DoorDash (I placed the order directly on the MoonBowls website) - I found this to be very streamline and easy,... and professional. My food arrived 20 minutes before the estimated arrival time, still hot! It was delicious! - overall a greatexperience. Have ordered takeout and delivery. Both times we were disappointed. Got delivery and the food arrived lukewarm. We aren't super... close, so I blamed driver. Got takeout the next time and 2 minutes after it was handed to me, it was lukewarm. And notparticularly good. Won't be back. Read more

Moonbowls is nothing less than amazing! As someone who is both vegan and gluten-free, I have a lot of trouble finding good... restaurants. Moonbowls flavors are out of this world. Their Avocado Bulgogi is nothing less than spectacular. Best of all, Inever feel bad about eating it. Restaurant is located inside the Colony and the pick up process is still a work in process. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes... when I got there past my pick up time and it seemed to be more a mix up between Moonbowls and The Colony worker, who seemedfrustrated because she was getting told something different in the back. Even more disappointing was the bowl I ordered wasvery underwhelming. The chicken did not seem fresh, though the sauce and potstickers were solid, the overall quality of the foodwas below average - I'd rate as a C+. Too bad... Read more
