Very unprofessional! I emailed them to make a reservation because I want to rent their venue for my daughter?s birthday. They... told me to call them. When I called no one was answering, so I emailed them again to tell them that I called them but no onepicked up the phone. I asked them to call me back on my European number. They replied on my email saying that they don?t makeinternational call. I don?t know if they never experienced making a business internationally, or they?re not aware that a lotof apps like zoom exists now to have a meeting through online and to have a virtual tour of their venue, or they just didn?twant to make an effort. Good thing I found a professional, decent, and way better venue that?s experienced on dealing withEuropean and international customers. Two years ago today my husband and I had the pleasure of having our wedding at this amazing establishment. I never had the... opportunity to talk about how wonderful Sarkis was to us and our guests. He and his employees have great customer service, buthe was right when he told us that the food would speak for itself. This is the BEST Armenian Mediterranean cuisine! We finallywent back this year to have their incredibly delicious food and it?s even better than we remember. It?s so flavorful, fresh,tender and each bite is heavenly. That place ruined my Grandmother 100 years Birthday. When we discussed menu with owner, he did not tell us that it's going to be... mostly Armenian food and when we asked him to add something else or replace some salads/entrees - we've been told thateverything is going to be very good and food is very tasty, which in reality, was not good at all. A lot of food was left almostuntouched because it wasn't tasty. We been provided with only one waiter for planned 25 guests. When it was time for Birthdaycake and song, all our two tables were filthy with dirty dishes and plates with food, so our guest started to clean and removedirty plates from tables themselves. It took almost 25 minutes to have tea and coffee served for our guests, after Birthday cakewas already distributed and eaten. Avoid that place. Read more

I honestly loved it. The market had fresh meat, produce, dairy, fruits, vegetables, candy, drinks, salads, and much more. The... actual banquet hall is quite small but it is very pleasing. The service there is fantastic and i am saying all of this becausethe very first time i went it was wonderful, so i continued to choose Nairi Banquet Hall as my first choice. Every timesomething has changed, like the menu, designs, curtains, products, and most importantly the flavor. It seemed like every time Igo it just gets better and better. Read more
