Disrespectful, unconcerned and racist...while picking up an order my mother was denied her pick up that was paid for and had... been sitting for a least 10 min. An employee by the supposed name Leticia told the cashier in another language to stop packingher order for no reason and tried ignoring her until another customer ask why they wouldn't just give her the pick up to whichthe lady whos supposed name is Leticia insisted many times she get a refund to which my mother agreed.This same lady has givenmy mother bad treatment in the past which is the reason she asked me to place the pick up order...IF YOU ARE BLACK DO NOT GO TOTHIS LOCATION!!! The manager called me and when calling back she never denied just a lot of scripted apologizes and the refundconfirmation as well as store credit but why would we want to go back to get discriminated against again. Also when Monica themanager was ending the call she seemed to be holding back laughter. We are in disbelief. Read more
I would never eat here. I watched a "displaced" individual eating out of both trash containers. And drinking straight from the... fountain. Definitely not the fault of the proprietor or the staff, but pretty disgusting nonetheless. The food is really goodthough. Parking is tough and tight. But I keep coming back because I love the new fake orange chicken. It is really good. Read more
Food was good! But the homeless people come in to the restaurant and grab the utensils along with filling their cups from the... fountain drink dispenser. Very unsanitary! You must find a solution to this matter. Read more
The workers are friendly, but be prepared to wait in line for at least a hour minimum. From when this place opens till close... there's a line out the door mostly of families who take 40 minutes just to figure out what their kids want while everyone inline has to wait aimlessly. The food is good . The service needs work it seems that all the yung people are in bad moods I mean if you don't like this line... of work dont go for these jobs. they are to petty here they try to save food by serving the most minimal amount possible. Ipayed extra for some Angus steak I literally got 3 peases of stake the rest was bell pepper and union got some orange chicken igot 3 peases of chicken just ridiculous this location is shaky. Using the app made it easy to order and get your food from this location. I like that the order is taped shut by a tough sticker... that is not easy to remove without damaging your bag. Also, everything you check off on the app is on the receipt (utensils, hotsauce, etc). This location had two doors, 1 for walk in orders, 1 for order pick up. Read more
Was very busy but the crew was very efficient. Dining area clean and food tasted great.
