The restaurant says 10:30 closed. I get there at 9:50 pm and they say they are closed. Then I go the next day. I order and my... receipt says the exact order I got but when I got my food it was nothing I ordered. I tried calling the restaurant and the phoneisn?t available? Like really? This is the 2nd Panda Express I came into...I literally watch the orders being made before me...there was at least 3 Spanish... customers ahead.... Everyone order filled, every piece of chicken cut goes on their plate. But between here and Oakland Bayarea, If you are a "Black person" or even have "dread locs", I always notice when they cut your chicken, they will put the extrapiece back but for the customer of the same skin color of them or just not black, they always get every piece of chickencut... it's petty but I did address it to the staff making my food in a nice way that "I would like all my chicken likeeveryone else..." she response with "I know how to do my job everyday" but I mentioned to her that I've been to a few stores whodoes that often just speaking up base off my experiences. It could've been honestly mistake but she even trying to say somethingelse and walked to the back mad and someone else took her spot while I checked out... It is what is it...if I felt mistreatedand I don't see people getting treated in such a way, I'll have to call it out...please improve service or just don't Eat hereon GOD! Read more

Serve staff does not listen to what u have to say. Major attitude issues with them. No proper manager with experience... working. ALL PANDA EXPRESS NEEDS customer service training. Please . I come to this location on my lunch because it?s close to my job. The customer service today was horrible. I came in and there... was a couple in front of me. The server, Matt helped them out and then began to work on three orders they had received. I was ona call while waiting to be attend. As time passed and three other people behind me waited, I asked Matt again when I could behelped. He replied that it would just be a moment and continued with what he was doing. While I continued to wait, anotherserver, Marie came and continued to prep other orders. I asked her is she could help me and was dismissed. Her attitude whenreplying to me was not what I expected. It seemed like there were sufficient people working for them to let four people wait inline. When I asked to speak to Marie?s manager she mumbled something and did not want to involve her manager. After asking againshe brought Ollie and I informed him of Marie?s rude attitude. Marie continued to be rude while I was talking to Ollie which Ifind disappointing. Would have given this review zero stars but manager Ollie and Matt were helpful once I let them know I wasnot happy with how I was being talked to by Marie. Read more
