Worst panda ever. Big plate is not big. When I ask about why too low in plate, manager said it's normal.

Super cheap Chinese food that is super lacking in flavor. This newish outlet of the locally-founded Chinese Food behemoth opened... here just over a year ago next door to the original Yum Yum donuts. This was my first time eating Panda Express in 24 years, andI now understand why. The year is 2022 and none of the entrees are vegetarian, just the side dishes of rice. The pricessurprised me, but it?s just not worth it, especially with chinatown and the San Gabriel Valley so near. Read more

Paid extra to get the steak.. bearly got a spoonful. They swear this is coming out of their paycheck.

Management needs to get their stuff together and learn how to speak to customers. I order my food 45 minutes ahead and it was 30... minutes delayed. The worst panda I?ve ever been to and the worst customer service experience. Never coming back here. Zeropeople skills, they rude and they don?t know how to treat their customers. Read more

I came for dinner the 31 of December about 7:00 pm I show my vaccination cards to eat inside. I was in the midle of my dinner.... When this tall guy asking me to leave the store because the new law no more eating inside I told him that i was full vac heruddy sad you have to leave. Five minutes later. Costumer service here is horrible! Not one employee is friendly! Very hostile! I came in yesterday evening with my 3 kids, my... toddler forgot her mask but my 3 kids proceeded to sit down & were no where near 6ft close to any other person, I believe themanager for the evening shift was the one who asked "She doesn't have a mask" & I said "She forgot it" & she rudely responded"Well she's going to need one" so I asked "You don't provide courtesy masks to your costumers" & she rudely responds "No"talking to me as if I was a child. It's odd that she'd make a big deal over a 4 year old not having a mask when their handsanitizer stations weren't even filled. After she has a very abrupt & bad attitude with me & in front of my kids, she has theaudacity to pick up her phone & answer a call while she has a plate in her hand ready to serve another costumer. I saw how theother costumers were unhappy & eager to get out. After I paid & received my fountain drinks from Stephanie L & she didn't offerno straws, I went back to the register to ask her for straws but she seemed too busy to acknowledge I was standing right infront of her, so I pulled 2 straws from the box so she can tell me in front of the whole restaurant, "Next time just ask" howabout next time you ask the paying costumer ordering multiple fountain drinks if they'd like straws!
