This is better than Dominos but what isn't? This is Americanized pizza. Pizza is Italian. No comparison. This is something you... buy for a kids birthday party to feed a crowd, they'll never know the difference. Being an adult who lovvves pizza... I would'ntorder here on purpose, that's for certain. I really enjoyed my experience at Papa John?s with Felix he?s a wonderful person and it?s an asset to the company he helped me... patiently and took care of my concerns and provided an excellent hospitality and customer service especially especially duringCOVID-19. Thank you. If you haven?t experience him, just ask for him. Read more

I had a VERY negative experience at Papa John's on Wilshire blvd on Monday evening. I called to place a pickup order at 4:15pm... and confirmed with the employee who answered the phone that I'd be arriving for pickup at 4:50 PM. He said that he'd start theorder at 4:35pm and it would be ready by 4:50pm.  When I arrived at 4:50pm I was told by the young lady at the register that myorder was still open and they had not started making the pizza for me. I asked if the guy who took my order was there and shesaid he was gone. I then asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. She said she could make the pizza forme in 10 - 15 minutes and I told her I was promised it would be ready and I didn't have time to wait. I asked her what shecould do for me and she responded "nothing."  I asked to speak to her manager and she said she is the only manager. She said Icould send an email to her supervisor, but that it would just be sent back to her. In my opinion, that was a horrible way totreat a customer following a very negative experience. As a result of the way I was treated, I decided to call corporate toreport the events and I'm awaiting a response. Read more

I've always found the pizza from this location to taste a lot better than other locations...no clue how that can be. We used to... order for delivery or pick-up quite often from here. We would usually get the Italian sausage. The only thing I don't like isthey always include a pepper and garlic sauce regardless. I don't like either and it seems to be a waste of money on their end.The Papa John's website should have an option to leave those off the order. Read more

Got a large, two topping pizza for lunch. Two sodas, extra garlic sauce. Like 16 something. Not bad split between two people.... Ate it there with a coworker. Really hot and fresh. Place is seemingly really clean and nice inside. One of the better ones I'vebeen in, actually. Lady employee was friendly. NICE! Read more

Worst service ever. I called to make an order and after I asked for 2 pizzas she said "okay one sec" and left me on hold for 5... minutes. After hanging up and calling back I was immidiately placed on hold again and when they answered I told them that Iwasn't being helped, rather only being placed on hold she said "okay one moment" now ive been on the line for a combined 9minutes just to order 2 pizzas. It's raining I doubt they are really this busy ???? Read more

Generally good. Today I ordered just a regular size pizza. The pizza was delivered more than AN HOUR after ordering online, and... ARRIVED COLD! The delivery guy even forgot a garlic sauce and instead gave us 75 cents in coins! Read more

outside of this corporation's horrible business practices with their underpaid employees, this establishment has horribly rude... and blatantly jerky employees. what kind of a pizza place charges $2.75 for extra sauce on an otherwise extremely dry pizza.HINT: ORDER FROM SOME WHERE ELSE like Domino's or Pizza Hut Read more
