just got 2 large pizzas BARLEY any cheese at all mostly just sauce and toppings- called to see what happened & why the pizzas... were messed up & they basically said they didn't know what to tell me lol not the best customer service sadly spent almost 30$for pizzas that were mostly just sauce & toppings no offer to fix them or refund or discount anything just kinda surprised thisis how they operate out here, i love papa johns pizza but this was disappointing. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with pineapple and black olives. So where's my pepperoni and black olives. I will not be ordering... from this Papa John's again. While I was waiting, some guy came in saying that they had given him the wrong pizza. Read more
I love Papa John's pizza. I ordered 2 of the large specialty pizzas: the meats with stuffed crust and the BBQ chicken. I paid... $57. When I got it home the crust was so hard and tough. Definitely didn't taste like fresh ingredients in that crust. Ittasted like it was old and stale. I would not be surprised if it was a little Cesar's pizza because there are no highexpectations with a cheap pizza. The toppings were delicious but I will not be going to Papa John's again. Dear Papa John's location I have ordered the Shaq a Roni from you three times if not more hoping that each time it may get... better but each time it gets worse the pizza does not fit in the box that is a lack of cheese on several slices of the pizza andthis has happened in several occasions and this is getting frustrating cuz I love Papa John's but it is disappointing me Read more
The person giving my order was wearins slippers and shuffling her feet not picking them up. She overcharged me, corrected it and... still overcharged me a dollar. The pizza is usually very good but I hadn't been there for a year or so and it tasted limecardboard. Maybe because I ordered thin crust. It was just bad. Read more
This hardworking crew delivery pizza on time and consistently made. The addition of the Pan Crust pizza is the best thing Papa... John's has done. Get it well done and you may not want to go back to regular pizza. Read more
This location has served me well dozens of times. Pizza is consistently good. The service is always just-okay, but have you been... to another franchised pizza place that's any better?!? They're working for minimum wage in an unsupervised facility (theturnover rate is high). I call in advance so that I spend as little time as possible with the staff. The pizza though is alwaysgood. Waited for my drive up order for more than 20 minutes. Had to call twice to get an answer. Never got my order and just... cancelled. Was told they were very busy when not once did they check the computer or phone while I could literally see them inthe store. Have only been here one other time and I won't be there a third. Read more
