I have been a loyal customer coming to this place for years. Never once have I had a reason to complain about them, until... today. Tonight my partner and I decided to go have dinner at Paul's. We were having a great time, enjoying our usual meal as weusually do. Things turned south when we received the bill. Management, please regulate your staff. It is NOT OK to have yourwaitress come to our table demanding a tip. We usually provide tips when we visit. However, not only she make a demand for abigger tip. In our previous trips, this has never been an issue. To add on, the waitress went on to publicly ridicule us forthe tip we gave. In addition, she went to one of the other staff to gossip about this scenario. We left the restaurant withnegative glares from staff. I am aware that times are difficult for everyone. As a former restaurant worker, I am also aware ofthe importance of tips. However, making demands for a tip, giving negative feedback on tips and gossiping to coworkers while weare still there, is unprofessional and just flat out RUDE! After tonight's incident, I will no longer support a restaurant thathas its staff berate the customers. Management, whoever is in charge of this restaurant. IF you see this, address this issuewith your staff or you will continue to lose loyal customers. Read more

This place gives you that old school ?I just got out of work? diner feel.. I love that rustic feel the interior gives off! I... didn?t dine in because I was in a rush to get back and finish a movie on Netflix (Freaks) but the servings size was phenomenal!Food was great I have had egg foo yang that good since I moved to California! They only take cash so make sure you have cashbefore you enter & the staff have that old school ?What you want? diner personality but I didn?t mind it at all.. Attitude matchthe decor! Read more

Massive portions. Fast friendly service. This ends the compliments. The shrimp fried rice was greasy and it was difficult to... find the shrimp. The cashew chicken should have rightly been called water chestnuts with some chicken and some cashews. Therehasn't been a nickel spent on maintaining the exterior or the interior of this restaurant in years. Duct tape holding togetherthe seat cushions, large cracks in the wood veneer on the walls. Had plenty of food left over took none of it home. Read more
